Reality Check: New Yorks Finest

Reality shows are becoming a new fad on television. They are just about on every local station around. Reality shows seem to bring out the worst in people. I know that most people have tuned in or watched a reality show at some point. I think that Flavor Fav with the Flavor of Love show starting in 2006 is one of the contributing causes of today's new reality shows coming on board. On Flavor of Love 2 New York displayed her true colors to all the girls in the house. Now, I am not one to judge, but she comes off as being obnoxious. She has to learn to respect the other girls and their opinions, versus her own. Respect flies out the window with her, but Flavor Flav seems to like her and that's what matters. I think that Flavor Flav, to be so unique, worked on his relationship matters by creating the Flavor of Love.

New York dated Flavor Flav throughout his shows with 19 other women all living in one house. There were trials and tribulations that she pulled through, including the cat fights. The experience challenged her ego and intellectual side.

Overall the show did keep my attention with its twists and turns. The girls chose to live in the house and find true love with Flavor Flav, despite New York 's despiteful attempts. On the first show, she got kicked off, but on season 2 she came back. That is how you do it New York . I think the exposure from the Flavor of Love enticed New York to start her own show called I Love New York. If you haven't seen it, watch a clip, then critique the show on a 1-10 scale at vh1.com; shows; and search for I love New York.
